Onboarding TM client

  1. Does the customer have existing number to port over? 
    1. YES: Get available number in our inventory to provide a place to forward their existing number until they decide to port the number.
    2. NO: Shop for DIDs in the customers local area or toll free number to present to the customer to choose from.
  2. Point DID to the designated TM phone server.
  3. Build in DID, IVR, Extensions, Ring Groups and Time Schedules. Create TTS greetings to put something in place for IVR greetings.
  1. Send Client to the intake form so they can fill out company information

2. prepare a sheet to import phone extensions

AC should be adding and removing tags. Add tags as customer enter the sales process and remove tag as customers sign up.
